Alice is an award winning lawyer (Most notable for Top 5 Most Influential Women in LegalTech by the International Legal Tech Association 2020), innovator, international speaker and author. She has over 18 years' experience in Technology and the law with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Crypto currencies, Fintech, Cyberlaw and Data Protection. Alice represents some of the largest Fintechs and Blockchain Technology based businesses which are reshaping the mode of doing business in Africa.

 

Alice is a Co- Founder of Legal Innovation Hub (Africa), Africa Innovation Law & Tech Academy and Kampala Legal Hackers Her other notable awards are: Top 5 Cybersecurity Professional Global Influencer by IFSEC Global 2021, Legal Innovator of the Year 2021 by Uganda Law Society, Top 50 Legal Innovators in Africa 2020. Alice has a background in PPP's, Infrastructure projects, Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions. She serves as a board member or non- executive director for various Fintechs in Uganda. She i salso a member of the Innovation and Investment Board for the National Social Security Fund( NSSF), Cybersecurity expert for the Security Institute for Governance and Leadership in Africa at the University of Stellenbosch, Cyber Security Global Committee member for Della Leaders Club (DLC) and Faculty Advisor -Digital Legal Exchange (A Global training institute for leaders in a digital world)
